I keep this page to see how the things I want change over the years. Some thing's I have received others I have not and some I am no longer want.

For the previous year I will give an update.

For 2007 I would like:

A canning kit (for canning fruits and veggies), and a book on canning
An iPhone, though I totally do not need one and they are too expensive -Paul got me one for my Birthday!!!
A Bernina sewing machine that can do some of the creative stitches that I'm limited with on my singer
The Instant Tarot Reader
German learning program (have 'Tell Me More'), would like others
'Whistler' brand glass tea kettle (I got one then melted the cap on it. That's the second one I've done that to!!! I have since bought a metal one.)
Music Keyboard/Piano
Guitar Stand
Painting Canvases - all sizes
Framed Art or Art Books relating to Kandinski or Paul Klee (I have a couple of framed pieces Robert bought for me which I love and would like to continue my collection)
Large hard puzzle board.. or something to use as one. (got it!)
Bernina or Phaff Serger (Paul got me this for Christmas!!!)
Photo Album books that hold 8.5x11 3 hole punch pages.

Goals

My goals as of November 2006.

Learning to cook new dishes thanks to the cook books I have received.
Keeping my workload light enough that I can take care of my existing clients and keep a nice house. Also to have time for hobbies, family and friends.
Keep fit and healthy by exercizing and eating well consistently. Keep smoking to a minimum. *** I've only smoked about 5 times since January 2007 and have been keeping healthy by working in the garden several times a week.
Making time to learn and sew clothes.

Dreams

I dream of...

More time with my husband... though we do spend every day together, I just wish he didn't have to work so much.
Having an Amish built timber frame home on at least 100 acres within 2-3 years
Having horses and plenty of good land for them to run on.
Having a business that almost runs itself and keeps the bills paid.

Goals

My goals as of July 2005.
Updates written November 2006

Exercise at least twice a week. Including taking a walk or hike, yoga class, etc.
This has been sort of off and on, always a continuing goal though
Finish digging up the tree roots in the rose garden in front, put in drip lines and, line with plastic and wood chips.
Done!
Work in the garden for at least 1 hour a week.
Did lots of work in the garden but not consistently
Find time to take the ceramics class up here and make dishes. I already have a couple of bowls and vases. I'd love to make more that we can use in the house.
What you really want to do, you will make time for. This goal was pushed aside by others such as working at the Ranch with horses which was great while it lasted.

Dreams

I dream of...

Having a horse and having the time to ride at least 3 or 4 times a week.
Another goal that I'm waiting on. I feel it would be better to wait until we move and have land to do this, though the thought is still tempting. I'm not sure I have enough time for this just yet.
Having a small art studio.
This plan is probably not going to happen since the garage idea is out. Paul decided it's just too much work when we're planning on moving soon. We'll have some storage sheds and a green house though. He's also building a slab to work on the cars.
Owning land... at least 5 acres somewhere up here or 20-100 acres in the state we're moving to.
We looked for land up here but haven't followed through on anything. The plan to move and buy land is still in the works. I would like at least 100 acres when we move.
Writing and publishing a book. I'm not sure what kind of book, maybe a children's book or an autobiography.
Someday... I'm thinking when I'm older and retired ;)
Having my own kiln and wheel for ceramics... perhaps in my small art studio :)
